Your pain in the spine is personally very specific, therefore our BALLance balls (developed by Dr. Tanja Kühne) adjust themselves individually through a patented spring connecting the balls. Those balls take care of your personal physiological, anatomic and biochemical needs. Nevertheless, the spring does not touch your back. Through this, we will raise your spine by nearly 1 inch. The BALLance Balls are available at trained BALLance vendors. As a certified provider, we are more than happy to show you how to correctly use them. Our exercises are easy integrable in your daily workflow. You only need to invest 2 x 5 minutes per day, and can perform the exercises in everyday clothes, as this is not a sportive exercise.
